lesson learned

So, the lesson for the past year? Do not do business with family unless you have a VERY clear, well-defined document outlining the transaction. Just don't regardless of the situation. If they want to do business that way based on "we're family, we don't need a contract." RUN!! Really, just trust me on this one.
