The Iraqi government met less than 50% of the goals that they were supposed to. Where I come from that's an "F." So, what's the good news, Mr. President? I don't hear it.
In other news, this video is enlightening. Not that I'd vote for Giuliani anyway, but this ensures that I will fight even harder to make sure that a Republican won't win. I give him an F, too.

I forgot to say that I love your garden. I waited 30 years to get my garden. After some serious health issues I decided to make my garden and I didn't care what anyone had to say about it. My garden is 20' by 100'.
